Is the app free? Which phones does it work with?
Yes — the Noomay app is free for life on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play), available in every language, with no subscription and no premium tier. Pairing takes about a minute over Bluetooth and the ring syncs every time you open the app.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 7 days on one charge. Track day and night, train every week, and it still goes the distance. The app warns you long before it runs out, and the charger is included in the box.
How do I charge my ring?
Drop it on the charging dock in the box and plug it into any USB-C port. Full charge in 60 minutes. One shower is usually enough to top it right back up.
Can I wear it in the shower or the pool?
Yes. Noomay is waterproof to 100 m. Shower in it, swim in it, sweat in it, take it in the sauna. After salt water or chlorine, rinse it under fresh water and dry it with a cloth and the finish stays like new. It keeps tracking the whole time, so a morning swim still counts towards your activity and your recovery for the day.
How do I find my size?
Noomay uses standard US ring sizes. Know your size? Order it. If you don't, use our free size guide. Wear it snug but comfortable. Wrong size? We swap it for free.
Can I really wear it 24/7?
That is the whole point. A few grams, smooth inside, nothing to light up at night, so most people stop noticing it within two days. Wearing it day and night is also what makes the recommendations so accurate: the more Noomay sees, the better it guides you.
What is the ring made of?
A titanium shell with a scratch-resistant finish, and a smooth hypoallergenic inner surface against your skin. Light, nickel-free, and it will not tarnish.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. The inner surface is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, and titanium is one of the calmest materials you can wear every day. Any irritation? Take it off for a night and write to us.
Who can see my data?
You. Nobody else, unless you share it. Your data is encrypted, never sold, and you can export or delete all of it from the app in two taps. Read our Privacy Policy for the detail.
Is there a subscription?
Never. The Noomay app is free forever on iOS and Android. Every score, every insight and every update is included with your ring. You pay once, and that is it. No monthly fee, no premium tier, nothing hidden.

Will I have to pay import duties?
Outside the US and the EU, Noomay does not collect VAT, GST, duties or taxes. If your order is above the tax threshold for your country, the import fees are yours to pay. Refuse the customs fee and the parcel comes back to us, and a shipping & handling fee is deducted from your refund.
When will I receive my order?
Orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days, and delivery takes 5-8 business days in the USA and Europe. Every local delivery time is in our Shipping Policy.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free worldwide, on every order, with no minimum!
How can I track my order?
You get a tracking link by email the moment your ring ships.

What happens if my order gets lost in transit?
Write to us at help@noomay.com and we fix it. We chase the carrier for you, and if the parcel is really gone we send a replacement or refund you in full. A real human answers within 24 hours, seven days a week.
