We ship worldwide — for free
Standard shipping is free on every order, everywhere we deliver. An express option is available at checkout for a small fee.
Processing
We prepare and hand your order to the carrier within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays this can take slightly longer — we will keep you updated.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery after processing:
- USA: 5–8 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–6 business days
- Europe: 5–8 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–8 business days
- Middle East: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 5–10 business days
These are estimates. Customs checks, extreme weather, or other events outside our control can add time. If your order seems late, email us — we will track it down.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.
What's in the box
Every Noomay Ring ships with its charger included, in protective packaging. The Noomay app is a free download on iOS and Android — nothing extra to buy.
Customs and import charges
The price you see at checkout is what you pay us. For some international destinations, local customs may charge import duties or taxes on delivery; these are set by your country, not by us.
Delivery restrictions
A small number of remote destinations and PO boxes cannot be served by our carriers. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you and refund your order in full.
