Welcome to Noomay. These terms apply when you visit noomay.com, buy a Noomay Ring, or use the Noomay app. By ordering or using the app, you agree to them. We wrote them in plain English on purpose — if anything is unclear, email us at help@noomay.com.

1. Who we are

The store and the app are operated by Adonis Group LLC, trading as Noomay, 1507 Lampman Ct, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82007, United States of America. Contact: help@noomay.com.

2. The product and the app

The Noomay Ring is a smart ring. It measures signals from your body — such as heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, skin temperature, movement, and sleep — and works together with the Noomay app, a free download on iOS and Android. The app is free for life: no subscription is needed to use your ring.

Because the ring works with software, we provide the app updates and security updates needed to keep your ring working as described, for as long as you can reasonably expect for a product of this kind — and in any case for as long as your local law requires. Some updates may need you to update the app on your phone.

3. Noomay is not a medical device

The Noomay Ring and app are wellness products. They help you understand your sleep, stress, energy, recovery, and cycle. They are not a medical device and are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

The Noomay Ring and app provide wellness insights only; they are not a medical device and do not replace a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

• Never use Noomay data to make medical decisions on your own.
• Never ignore or delay professional medical advice because of something the ring or app showed you.
• If you feel unwell, talk to a doctor — not to your ring.

4. Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available, including the taxes we collect at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we send you the shipping confirmation. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error or a stock problem, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships. We may also decline orders that appear fraudulent or intended for resale in bulk.

5. Shipping

Standard shipping is free worldwide. Details, delivery estimates, and customs information are in our Shipping Policy.

6. 100-day money-back guarantee and free size exchange

You can return your ring for a full refund up to 100 days after delivery, and a free size exchange is included in that period. How it works is in our Refund Policy.

7. Warranty — 2 years, upgradeable to lifetime

Every Noomay Ring comes with a 2-year warranty, counted from the day of delivery. If you bought the Lifetime Warranty upgrade at checkout, the same protection lasts for as long as you own your ring.

What it covers. If your ring or its charger stops working properly under normal use — a defect in materials, workmanship, or function that is not your doing — we replace it for free, shipping included.

How to claim. Email help@noomay.com with:

• your order number or proof of purchase,
• a short description of the problem, and
• concrete proof of the defect — clear photos or a short video showing it.

We ask for proof so the warranty stays free and fair for everyone. We may ask follow-up questions or ask you to send the ring back to us for inspection before we ship the replacement.

What it does not cover. Loss or theft; damage caused by accident, misuse, or use the ring is not designed for; intentional damage; opening, modifying, or repairing the ring outside Noomay; and purely cosmetic wear (small scratches from daily life) that does not affect how the ring works. Claims without any proof of a defect cannot be accepted.

Your legal rights come first. This warranty is in addition to, and never limits, the guarantees you have by law — including the minimum 2-year legal guarantee of conformity in the European Union, your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and longer national complaint periods where they apply (for example in Norway).

For customers in Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. To make a claim under this warranty, contact help@noomay.com (Adonis Group LLC, trading as Noomay, 1507 Lampman Ct, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82007, USA); the claim process above applies and is free of charge.

8. Your account and the app

To use the ring you create an account in the Noomay app. Keep your login details safe and give us accurate information. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app with your ring. You agree not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app or the service, and not to use them for anything unlawful.

Your health and wellness data belongs to you. How we handle it — and the separate consent we ask for in the app — is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can also request a copy of the data your ring generates.

9. Age

You must be at least 18 to place an order (or have a parent or guardian order for you). The store and the app are not directed at children.

10. Intellectual property

The Noomay name, logo, ring design, app, and all content on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.

11. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review or send us photos, videos, or feedback, you allow us to use them to operate and promote Noomay. Post only content that is yours and that is accurate.

12. Our responsibility

If we cause you loss, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for the product, except where the law does not allow such a limit. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any right the consumer law of your country gives you that cannot be waived. We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control, or for how you use — or choose not to use — wellness insights from the app (see section 3).

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we launch new features. The version on this page applies to your order at the time you place it. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. If you are a consumer, you always keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows it.
