100-day money-back guarantee
Try the Noomay Ring for up to 100 days, counted from the day your order is delivered. Wear it day and night, use the app, see how you feel. If it is not for you, send it back and we refund the full price you paid. Returns are free — we provide the return label.
Free size exchange
Picked the wrong size? A free size exchange is included in your 100 days. Email us at help@noomay.com with your order number and the size you need. We send you the new size and a free return label for the first ring. You pay nothing.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email help@noomay.com with your order number. Tell us if you want a refund or a different size.
- We reply with your return label and simple instructions.
- Ship the ring back with its charger and accessories, in its original box if you still have it.
Please wait for our reply before shipping anything — returns sent without prior approval cannot be matched to your order and may be lost.
Your refund
Once your return arrives, we check it and refund you within 14 days at the latest, to the payment method you used. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the money on your account. Normal signs of wear from trying the ring are fine. We may reduce or refuse a refund only if the ring comes back damaged beyond normal use, or with the charger or accessories missing.
What cannot be returned
- Gift cards
- Free gifts and promotional items received at no charge
- Items returned more than 100 days after delivery
Arrived damaged or wrong?
Check your order when it arrives. If your ring is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email help@noomay.com right away with a photo. We replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
Defects after the 100 days — warranty
A ring that stops working properly later is a warranty case, not a return. Every Noomay Ring comes with a 2-year warranty (free replacement), and you can upgrade to a Lifetime Warranty at checkout. See the warranty section of our Terms & Conditions for how it works.
Your legal rights
If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another country with a statutory right of withdrawal, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and legal guarantees if a product is faulty. This policy gives you more time than the law requires and never limits those rights.
